Job Description

We are seeking a talented 3D Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, an eye for detail, and advanced 3D modeling skills. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to create visually stunning, functional, and detailed 3D models and renderings for various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development : Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and design preferences.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering : Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and visualizations for interiors using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Conceptual Design : Develop design concepts, layouts, and themes based on project briefs and provide mood boards, material suggestions, and space planning.
• Space Planning : Apply knowledge of spatial layout and functionality to maximize use of space and ensure it meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Material and Finish Selection : Assist in choosing appropriate materials, finishes, textures, and colors that align with the project vision and client preferences.
• Lighting and Rendering : Set up lighting for interior scenes and execute high-quality renders that effectively convey design intent and ambiance.
• Client Presentations : Prepare and present 3D models, sketches, and design ideas to clients, addressing any questions and making adjustments based on feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with interior designers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that the 3D designs align with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Project Documentation : Produce technical drawings, layouts, and documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D interior design or 3D modeling, preferably within a design firm or architectural environment.
• Software Proficiency :
• Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender)
• Proficiency in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion)
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AutoCAD is preferred
• Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D interior design work, with examples of various project types.
