Job Description

We are looking for a 3D interior designer (3D visualizer) with at least 5 to 7 years of experience the 3D visualizing. The candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for design. Interpret the client's needs and design solutions with high visual impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize projects.

2. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients.

3. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

4. Assisting with planning decisions knowledge of 3d views.

5. Created both static visualizations and animations CGI Computer generated imagery.

6. Working with industry standard design tools and design and programs.

7. Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums.

8. Keeping up to date with relevant software advances.

9. Producing 3d views related o architectural and interior finishing.

10. Modeling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications.

11. Rendering 3D studio max and post production in photo shop.

12. Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation.

13. Making samples for productive effective presentation in house as required.

14. Building up specially designed models 2D, 3D interior design details.

15. Producing image boards and preparing samples boards for the interior design works.

16. 3D perspective and photo realistic high end rendering.

17. Solving the toughest design challenges together with the other designers and delivering them pixel perfect.

18. Built and render 3D visualization and for interior and exterior designs with excellent quality.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Expertise in 3D's max software.

2. Knowledge of V-ray and renderings.

3. The ability to understand and interpret the architectural drawings, models and concepts.

4. The ability to achieve high standard 3d views, modeling and texturing concepts.

5. Create a variety of 3d environment.

6. Experience in design workouts .

7. Experience in follow up implementation of 3d designs.

8. Ability to create both high and low poly models.

9. Experience with physically based rendering.

10. Excellent eye for lightning, color and details.

11. Understanding client brand guidance to ensure design meets clients requirements.

12. Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects.

13. Working to deadlines and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Yearly bonus
