Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

- Develop creative and innovative 3D visualizations for signage projects, including but not limited to wayfinding, environmental graphics, and retail displays.

- Translate design briefs and concepts into visually stunning and accurate 3D models.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual presentations for client pitches.

3. Modeling and Rendering:

- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar.

- Ensure that all 3D models are accurate, detailed, and meet the project specifications.

4. Visualization:

- Produce photorealistic renderings and animations that effectively communicate design intent.

- Develop virtual walkthroughs and interactive 3D presentations as needed.

5. Technical Detailing:

- Generate detailed 3D models for fabrication and installation, ensuring that all design elements are feasible and practical.

- Work with engineers to ensure that all designs are structurally sound and meet safety standards.

6. Project Management:

- Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

- Maintain organized project files and documentation for reference and future use.

7. Innovation and Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D visualization and the signage industry.

- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and industry events.

8. Client Interaction:

- Participate in client meetings to present and explain design concepts and visualizations.

- Respond to client feedback and make necessary revisions to 3D models and renderings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D visualization, with a focus on signage or environmental graphics.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in the signage industry is a plus.

Pay: ?8,884.61 - ?30,000.00 per month
