Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative 3D Designer with experience in the event industry. The ideal candidate will create stunning 3D visual concepts and designs for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and private events. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of how to translate event concepts into visually engaging 3D designs that enhance the attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• 3D Event Design Creation :
• Design 3D models for event setups, including stage designs, exhibition booths, immersive environments, backdrops, installations, and other physical structures.
• Develop interactive and visually compelling 3D visuals for various event types, including corporate, entertainment, and experiential events.
• Create accurate 3D renderings and mock-ups for client presentations and approval.
• Collaborative Concept Development :
• Work closely with event managers, designers, and clients to understand the event's goals, target audience, and theme.
• Transform conceptual ideas into 3D visualizations that accurately represent the creative vision for the event.
• Collaborate with 2D designers, lighting specialists, and technical teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
• 3D Visualization and Rendering :
• Use 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp) to create photorealistic visualizations for event layouts.
• Produce high-quality renders that showcase the event's layout, set designs, and atmosphere for client presentations and internal reviews.
• Event Space Planning :
• Utilize space planning techniques to design layouts that optimize the use of event venues and ensure a seamless flow for attendees.
• Design scalable and adaptable 3D models for both large and small event spaces.
• Technical Design and Production :
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that 3D designs can be feasibly executed, considering factors like materials, construction, and budget constraints.
• Provide production-ready files, including technical drawings and 3D specifications, for fabrication and installation teams.
• On-Site Design and Implementation :
• Attend events as required to oversee the installation of 3D design elements and ensure that all components are built and positioned accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and the production team to ensure the physical setup aligns with the 3D design vision.
• Post-Event Evaluation and Feedback :
• Collect feedback from clients and event teams regarding the effectiveness of 3D designs.
• Apply insights gained to refine designs for future events and optimize processes.

Requirements :

• Experience :
• Proven experience as a 3D designer in the event industry (3-5 years preferred), with a portfolio that demonstrates event-based design work such as stage design, exhibition booths, or large-scale installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
