Job Title : 3D Designer

Key Responsibilities :

? Design Development: Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs for

POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements.

? Material Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate

options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal.

? Client Interaction: Manage client briefs independently, including gathering

requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback.

? Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept through to

final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

? Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, production teams, and

stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

? Industry Expertise: Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor

& beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs.

Experience :

Minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a

focus on POSM design.

Education :

Preferably a background in Fine Arts or a related field.

? Skills : Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender,) and Adobe

Creative Suite. Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.

? Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work, particularly in

POSM and related industries.
