Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Blender expert to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering using Blender. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets and animations that meet the needs of our projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, design, and animate 3D models using Blender.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Develop textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic and stylized renderings.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Blender projects for performance and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Blender updates, tools, and techniques.
• Assist in the integration of 3D assets into various multimedia projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Blender artist or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering.
• Proficient in Blender and other relevant software (e.g., Photoshop, Substance Painter, etc.).
• Solid understanding of 3D modeling techniques and principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for composition, color, and lighting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
