We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Real Estate 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning 3D models and renderings, with a focus on real estate and architectural visualization. As a 3D Artist, your primary responsibility will be to transform architectural designs into photorealistic 3D visualizations that help clients and stakeholders better understand and experience the property.

You will be working closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to produce still and animated images that showcase the real estate in its best light. The position demands excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D models, textures, and renderings for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Produce still images, virtual tours, and 3D animations for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and visualize concepts accurately.
• Create realistic lighting, textures, and environments to enhance the realism of 3D models.
• Attend project meetings to discuss design ideas, feedback, and updates.
• Modify and refine 3D visuals based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
• Develop storyboards and design plans to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the creation process.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality in all 3D models and renders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D rendering and architectural design to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural or real estate visualization.
• Proven experience using 3D design software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Maya, Blender, or similar.
• Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold is preferred.
• Proficiency in creating 3D models, textures, and high-quality photorealistic visualizations.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color, composition, and materials to create realistic renders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new software, techniques, and technologies in the field of 3D design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with architectural walkthroughs or interactive 3D tours.
• Ability to create 3D animations for project presentations.
• Knowledge of architectural and construction terminology.

Pay: ?15,706.25 - ?34,480.96 per month
