3D Visualizer - Interior Design Renders and Walkthrough Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with a strong background in interior design rendering and architectural walkthroughs to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing our design concepts to life, creating immersive visuals that captivate our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renders, and interior design walkthroughs based on project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design intent and objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Create realistic textures, lighting, and environment setups to enhance the visual appeal of renderings.
• Utilize feedback to revise and refine designs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D rendering and visualization technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a portfolio showcasing interior design renders and walkthroughs.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max , SketchUp , V-Ray , Lumion , or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting setups, and material texturing.
• Experience with post-production tools like Photoshop for rendering enhancement.
• Excellent attention to detail, artistic flair, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
