We are seeking an experienced Wedding Photo Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and the ability to work efficiently to deliver high-quality results. The Wedding Photo Editor will be responsible for editing wedding photographs to enhance their aesthetic appeal, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Edit wedding photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or similar software)
- Enhance images to improve color, contrast, exposure, and overall visual appeal
- Apply consistent style and branding to all edited images
- Meet deadlines and deliver edited images within the agreed-upon timeframe
- Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure consistency and quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photo editing
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in wedding photo editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or similar software)
- Strong understanding of color correction, exposure adjustment, and image enhancement techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with wedding photography styles and trends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wedding photography workflows and software (e.g., Photo Mechanic, Capture One)
- Knowledge of file management and organization best practices
