To this, we plan to add 350,000 sq. ft. of hand picked ultra luxury international fashion brands.

About the role :

32nd prioritizes guest experience above all else. While design and brand curation are core to 32nd, what really sets up apart as the perfect space for a guest to celebrate key moments of their lives is our focus on smooth operations that make the guest experience effortlessly special. As the General Manager of 32nd's Gurgaon campus, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the 14 acre site in its entirety including hospitality services, exceptional guest experience, tenant management, safety & compliance etc.

Responsibilities :

- Play a pivotal role in managing the day to day operations of 32nd Village, covering the retail, dining and entertainment portfolio

- Lead 32nd to become an industry benchmark of excellence in hospitality and operations

- Coordinate, oversee, and organize all the activities involved in the smooth and effective running of the campus

- Drive exceptional guest service initiatives on an ongoing basis

- Employ best business practices that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity

- Develop, maintain and monitor operating budgets, making needed adjustments to ensure budget requirements are achieved

- Set policies and processes to operate the campus at optimum levels

- Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep of all areas with a keen eye for detail

- Lead a cross functional team to manage the property and oversee the recruitment and training of new employees

- Prepare regular MIS reports to track and monitor productivity and performance

- Establish and maintain good relationships with local business community groups and relevant authorities for smooth operations of the property

- Oversee and support fit-out coordination and other project enhancements as needed

- Manage vendor/tenant relations. Conduct periodic feedback sessions with tenants to continuously improve quality standards

- Support leasing, events and marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis

Requirements :

- Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring creative, unconventional, and innovative solutions to the table

- A background in hospitality would be a plus

- Keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills

- In-depth understanding of guest experience and services

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

- Ability to lead with confidence
