If you can bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to learn and collaborate to your work, this could be the boost your career deserves.IBIS SupportThe team is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of risk technology systems, including the daily Everest batch runs and month end processes, OMC, RatingHub and other risk technologies.The plan is also to expand the remit to incorporate regular functions currently handled by risk tech development teams thereby transferring the workload and will also include support of the ODP risk related tech functions.We are seeking a strong developer with a solid background in data warehousing, MS SQL & SSIS and desirable Azure skills to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second line support for the Mumbai based IBIS Support team.Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for escalated issues which 1st line support cannot resolve.
• Provide in-depth trouble shooting and technical support.
• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs not possible from 1st line support.
• Devise and implement bug fixes, automation, enhancements to solutions managed by IBIS Support.
• Interact with 3rd line support or specialised teams if further escalation is required.
• Recommend improvements to 3rd line support when discovered.
• Provide training to 1st line support team to enhance capability in the team.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Provide support to end-users to ensure that they understand and can effectively use credit risk solutions.
• Monitor and report on solution performance, risks, and issues.

Technical Skills:

• Strong MS SQL and SSIS skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience of data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.
• Knowledge and experience in creating, designing, and implementing data models that support business processes and requirements.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Understanding of credit risk management and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure and migration of systems into this cloud environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Developer, preferably in the financial services industry.
