Job Title: 2D/3D Architectural Designer Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative 2D/3D Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into detailed and visually stunning architectural renderings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D and 3D design, with a focus on architectural projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design innovation. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and Design:
  • Translate architectural concepts and sketches into detailed 2D and 3D visualizations.
  • Develop and refine design concepts based on project requirements, client feedback, and industry standards.
2. Modeling and Rendering:
  • Create accurate 3D models of architectural structures and environments.
  • Produce high-quality renders and animations to effectively communicate design intent.
3. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
4. Stay Current on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in architectural design and visualization.
  • Integrate new tools and techniques into the design process to enhance project outcomes.
5. Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and organized design documentation.
  • Ensure that all design files and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a 2D/3D Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools like V-Ray.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications for architectural visualization.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and green design principles.
  • At least 2-3 years experience
