Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 2D Visualizer / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibilities, innovative thinking, and a keen eye for detail to deliver visually stunning graphics and illustrations. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital content, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Visualization:
• Create and develop high-quality 2D designs, illustrations, and visual concepts based on project briefs.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
• Work on branding projects, including logo designs, style guides, and brand assets.
• Concept Development:
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and target audience.
• Translate ideas and concepts into visually engaging designs and layouts.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and storyboards to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Digital Content Creation:
• Design assets for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media.
• Create animated graphics, GIFs, and motion designs (optional but a plus).
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Work closely with project managers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure project alignment.
• Accept and incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Software Expertise:
• Use industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools, to create designs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
• Deliver projects within deadlines and maintain a strong focus on detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or 2D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Exceptional creativity and artistic skills, with a strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in motion graphics or animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
