Overview :
We are seeking a talented and creative 2D Designer with a strong background in the event industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for various events, including corporate functions, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and private events. This role requires a deep understanding of event branding, environmental graphics, and the ability to adapt designs to the unique atmosphere and needs of each event.

Key Responsibilities :

• Event Design Creation :
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for event branding, including signage, banners, stage designs, backdrops, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Ensure designs align with event themes, client branding guidelines, and the target audience.
• Develop custom event collateral such as brochures, posters, programs, and digital presentations.
• Collaboration with Event Teams :
• Work closely with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand the event concept and objectives.
• Translate client needs and event goals into engaging visual concepts.
• Collaborate with other designers, 3D artists, and the technical team to ensure designs are executed efficiently.
• Adaptation for Different Media :
• Prepare and adapt designs for various formats including print, digital, and large-scale graphics for event venues.
• Optimize designs for different media and platforms, ensuring consistency across all event materials.
• Branding and Visual Identity :
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities specific to each event, ensuring brand consistency.
• Design event collateral with attention to detail to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Vendor Coordination :
• Coordinate with vendors, such as printing companies or AV providers, to ensure timely production and delivery of event materials.
• Provide production-ready files and oversee the execution of designs in physical spaces.
• On-Site Design Support :
• Attend events as required to oversee the setup of your designs and provide support if any adjustments are needed.
• Ensure all design elements are properly executed and presented at the event.
• Post-Event Support :
• Assist with post-event debriefs and the evaluation of design effectiveness.
• Gather feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects.

Requirements :

• Experience :
• Proven experience as a 2D designer, with a focus on events, branding, or marketing (at least 2 years in a similar role within the event industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
