We recommend you join our Telegram Channel to learn about all the Open Positions: https://t.me/renousconsulting Job Location: Mumbai Job Type: Permanent Job Responsibilities: Case Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate arbitration cases, including disputes related to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, contractual disputes, and other corporate matters Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seek opportunities to expand our client base in the corporate arbitration field Legal Strategy: Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, including assessment of potential risks, negotiation strategies, and settlement options Team Leadership: Lead a team of attorneys and legal professionals in the corporate arbitration practice area, providing mentorship, training, and guidance Business Development: Contribute to the development of the firm\'s corporate arbitration practice by identifying new business opportunities, participating in marketing efforts, and representing the firm at industry events Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to support arbitration cases, staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends Advocacy: Act as lead counsel in arbitration proceedings, representing clients effectively and advocating for their interests Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB).
