:About Us:About the programOur New Analyst Program is a full-time program for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.As a participant, you will:

  • Have unlimited access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level
  • Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the firm
About the programOur Summer Associate Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing an advanced degree such as MBA, JD, MD or LLM. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.As a participant, you will:
  • Attend orientation where you\'ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
  • Receive training designed to help you succeed
  • Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people Submitting Your Application
  • Each applicant has the opportunity to apply to up to 4 separate business / location combinations in any given recruiting year
  • A single applicant should not create multiple email addresses to apply to additional opportunities
About the Team:About the divisionThe evaluates a wide range of the firm\'s business activities in order to identify, assess, and manage actual or perceived conflicts of interest resulting from the firm\'s new and existing roles, positions, and responsibilities, as well as reputational risks and client sensitivities. In doing so, the Conflicts Resolution Group helps to protect the firm\'s client relationships, safeguard confidential information, mitigate reputational risk, and ensure that we are able to fulfil our responsibilities to clients prior to accepting a role and over the course of our engagement.
