:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA background in finance is not necessary. We look for people who:

• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and excellence
• Display creativity and entrepreneurial spirit and are highly motivated and adaptable
• Display deep understanding and applicability of data structure, algorithms
• Conversant with at least one programming language
• Understanding of basic concepts required to build databases, and operating systems

As part of Core Engineering you\'ll be developing components that make impact to large platforms used widely within the firm. Risk and Pricing platform, Cloud platform, AI platform are examples of some the platforms. As part of business-aligned teams you\'ll build application components using Core platforms that directly impact business outcomes.As part of your internship journey, you\'ll get end-to-end understanding of software development lifecycle and also learn soft skills of presentation, collaboration, and teamwork, the skills that\'ll be useful for you in the future.Ready to learn and make an impact?About Us:About the programOur Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors / graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation where you\'ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
• Receive training designed to help you succeed
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people
