- Very good experience in Embedded C programming

- Very good experience in software engineering processes.

- Knowledge of communication protocols - UART, SPI, CAN, TCP/IP

- Knowledge of Microcontroller architecture - ARM or any other 32bit microcontroller

architectures

- Usage of any of the Configuration management tools - IBM ALM or SVN or Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good Knowledge on any of the requirement management tools such as R4J, Doors, Polarion

- Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent tools.

- Shall have hands-on experience with different stages of Requirement Elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation and management.

- Role of the person would be is to maintain bidirectional traceability, identify missing requirements.Closing the gaps in any of the phases in RDCT cycle.

5 to 8 years of Experience in Software Design and Development for Embedded Systems, Real time Projects work experience.Mandatory technological skills: Requirements Engineering
