We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Nurse to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a home setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients. This position involves working 12-hour shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the patient's care plan and physician's instructions.
• Monitor and record patient's vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
