:Job Title: IT RecruiterLocation: Sector V, Saltlake, KolkataResponsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies
  • Source candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn
  • Screen candidate resumes and contact relevant candidates
  • Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants
  • Arrange interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
  • Demonstrate excellent learning skills and maintain good relationships with candidates
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Must be a graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ BE / BSC (IT)/ CS / IT
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confidence, passion, and target orientation
  • Basic computer skills
