This has been achieved by creating a 3-way marketplace of customers, destination experts and travel agent wholesalers (DMCs). On its proprietary technology, a customer intending to travel meets with a Destination expert and via audio & text chat, the destination expert helps the customer come up with a personalized itinerary. This itinerary is then sent to travel agent wholesalers who quote for it and eventually also offer on tour support to the customer during the trip.
