Maintain balanced product mix to facilitate de-riskingEnsure compliance of all dealings as per SEBI and Exchange guidelines.Responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the branch and maintain the brand image of the organization.Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market through regular updates on competition and control them.Maintain visibility in the market Participate in NSE branch audits at non-fixed intervalsMaintain a congenial work environment to facilitate retentionRecommend choice of branch location based on potential business in case of start-up branchesRepresent the managements vision and corporate guidelines to the team and ensure adherence to the same.FINANCIALMeet the target given for the branch with the help of the teamPrepare cost vs. revenue analysis for the branch to present profit generated (inputs on figures to be obtained)Ensure that monthly expense on Travel, Upkeep and Petty cash adhere to the monthly average for the branch. Knowledge of company documented Client Acquisition process (as of now if this document is in place, it is not known to BMs)15% PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTDocument mutually agreed goals for each team members at the beginning of each appraisal cycle.Groom team members to move towards their desired career path.Complete six monthly reviews of team members and provide them with feedback.Complete normalization of ratings at the end of the appraisal cycle and submit it to Reporting Manager with recommendations.Identify non performing employees who need to be purged out of the organization and also recommend change of roles depending on productivity skill and career path.WORK LIFE BALANCING1. Proactively respond to employees needs by being flexible in timings during times of personal exigencies.2. Ensure & encourage team members to take leave as per Company guidelines.3. Create an employee friendly environment in the branch by having team lunch and social functions/festivals. AUTHORISATIONSFINANCIALBranch Manager recommends with justification where in a particular month, the monthly expense exceeded the limits.CUSTOMERSDepending on trustworthiness of customer can get the transaction booked, provided payment is received within 24 hours. This is with the involvement of the Reporting Manager. Limits are not clearly specified or known to the BMs.PROCESSES1.
