OUR STORY Skill 2 Source was founded on the idea of a Social Entrepreneurship Model. Our Partner Consultants are women from all across India who work as a ‘Partner’ on a ‘Pay To Performance Model’. We offer the initial training and do the virtual handholding until they are Job Ready after which they can choose to work from home with flexible working hours. These women are from diversified work background. They are smart young women, excellent communicators and experts of their industry often not able to find work options which can offer a flexible work hours or would like to stay close to their family and have a stable career.
