The Subscriber understands that the Company shall have the right to accept or reject this subscription in whole or in part. Unless this subscription is accepted in whole or in part by the Company prior to the expiration of the Offering Period, this subscription shall be deemed rejected in whole. The Subscriber acknowledges that any delivery to it of this Agreement relating to the Securities prior to the determination by the Company of its suitability as a Subscriber shall not constitute an offer of the Securities until such determination of suitability shall be made, and the Subscriber hereby agrees that it shall promptly return the Offering Documents to the Company upon request.
