At a time when electronic hardware design was unheard of in India, three visionaries believed that state-of-the-art electronic product design was possible out of India. In 1973, they founded ProcSys (Processor Systems India Pvt. Ltd.) ProcSys soon became both a pioneer and a participant, developing many prestigious products for governmental organizations like the Indian Telephone & Telegraph, the Navy and others. As a pioneer, ProcSys was one of the first to develop and market its own micro and mini computers in India.
