Shikha Rani Consultancy Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) over the California Healthcare, Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS) Program Monitoring and Oversight Branch, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) demonstrates a high degree of independence, initiative, and creativity in performing a wide variety of the more complex analytical assignments in the CalHEERS Program Testing Unit (CPTU). Duties may also include access to information systems containing protected enrollee information, protected health information, and personally identifying information.
