Company Name: iTeach FellowshipCompany Description: iTeach Fellowship (an initiative of iTeam Foundation) is an NGO which provides teaching fellowship exclusively for aspiring teaching (graduates/postgraduates) in private English medium schools. We provide 1-year free on-the-job teaching skill development program to coach and support teachers, accelerate their learnings and start their careers strong. After initial rounds of the interview, we place the shortlisted teachers as an iTeach fellow in high-need private English medium schools (typically catering to students from low-income backgrounds) and provide them with professional development, rewards & recognition and career growth opportunities while they are working as a full-time teacher for the school. Our mantra is simple - we want to make 'Better & Happier Teachers'. Founded in 2014 in Pune, we are now in our 4th year of operations, looking to expand our reach to 100 fellows across 100+ partner schools in Pune and PCMC locations.
