The Institute of Banking Employees Selection (IBPS) was established with the goal of developing and implementing a transparent procedure for evaluating and selecting personnel for a variety of client businesses. Every year, the autonomous organisation conducts exams for clerical cadre and probationary officers in public sector banks and regional rural banks across the country.
