Projects Ayana Fort Kochi is our flagship property in Fort Kochi, Kerala. Ayana Fort Kochi is a 16-room boutique hotel located in the heart of historic Fort Kochi. The 200-year-old heritage structure was originally a courthouse, witness to many legal proceedings over the last two centuries. After its early days as a court of law, the historical structure took on a new avatar as the first banking office of ANZ Grindlays, and then as a base for spice and tea traders. The Ayana group inherited this structure only recently, post which its restoration and renovation into a boutique hotel began. Today its a modern sanctuary for the discerning guest.
