Kamini Placements The Real Estate Development Manager contributes to the companys success by providing strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight in new build development projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality. They will be responsible for delivery of the real estate development program and responsibilities will commence in the development lifecycle at the site identification and acquisition stage through due diligence to construction and to the ultimate handover to the operational business unit. The role will be based in a regional office with frequent site visits. Every development project has challenges and issues that need to be overcome, and this role will be to deploy strong leadership and problem solving skills in order to lead the process so that budgeted dollars and time frames are met and outcomes are consistent with quality expectations.
