The Core Team at AIF has been involved with the Social Development sector for the last more than 12 years and has; Placed 25000+ needy candidates in various Corporates Organised 40+ Job Fairs & 250+ Job Drives all over the Country Provided Vocational Skill training to more than 1000+ youths Organised 200+ Employability Training Programs (ETP), benefitting 15000+ Accumulated a database of more than 45000+ candidates with various qualification and competencies Created a network in 100+ cities of India During the current Pandemic, we have conducted our activities in an Online mode. In the last 5-6 months we have conducted 12 Online Employability Training Programs (ETPs) attended by 900+ candidates, which includes sessions for Colleges spread across India. Our PAN India recruiter's network enables us to cater to industries like Finance, FMCG, Banking, Food and Beverages, IT, Infrastructure and Retail.
