Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Company may, in its sole discretion, declare at any time that the unvested Restricted Shares, or any portion thereof, shall vest immediately or, to the extent they otherwise would be cancelled, shall vest in the numbers and on such dates as the Company may determine in its sole discretion.
