I am only looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic people who can close the deals over the phone. Later they will train, recruit and manage other executives when promoted as manager (this will be in 2 months only if they prove themselves by hitting their targets which is minimum 4 sales a month). Candidates must be having experience of selling to international clients and must have excellent communication skills and grasping power. I am looking for people who are target-oriented, money-minded, hungry to get more sales and money. I do not want to have basic salary oriented people or coming to enjoy day-shifts as its waste of my and theirs time.
